Please Note: all monthly payment plans are required to be made electronically through the FACTS online payment system.

Tuition Assistance:
Financial Assistance forms are available in the CFCA Business Office.
Full-Time Pastoral Staff Discounts:
We will continue to offer local church full-time pastoral staff members a discount on their tuition. Such individuals will need to contact the CFCA Business Office to obtain the tuition rate structure for Full-Time Pastoral Staff Discounts.
New Family Recruitment Incentive:
Any currently enrolled family that brings in a new fully-paying family enrolling at CFCA will receive a $500.00 discount off their final tuition bill for each admitted family they successfully recruit. Also, new families themselves will receive a 25% discount on the standard tuition rates for each of their newly enrolled students for the 2012-2013 school year.
Annual Fund Gifts:
As an act of faith, we will continue to rely heavily upon the gifts to the Annual Fund and Scholarship Fund, maximum participation in SERV-A-THON, and our "Together Toward Higher Ground" Campaign this coming school year. As a member of the CFCA family, everyone is expected to participate and support these efforts. As a reminder, these are tax-deductible contributions and a vital part of our budgeted income. Any family that would like to include a monthly gift should contact the CFCA Business Office.
Terms of Payment:
2012-2013 school year tuition payments start June 1, 2012. Payments are due on the 1st day of each month for those choosing either of the two monthly payment plans. Monthly payments under both plans are late on the 10th of each month. Payments received after 4:00 PM on the 10th day of the month will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. Payments received after 4:00PM on the 20th day of the month will be assessed a late fee of $50.00. Payments received after 4:00 PM on the 25th day of the month will be assessed a late fee of $75.00. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the School Administrator, any student with delinquent accounts in excess of 30 days will be asked to establish a plan to catch up or withdraw. Delinquent accounts in excess of 60 days will result in the student not allowed back into class and the accounts may be turned over to a collection agency. Checks returned for "insufficient funds" will be assessed a $25.00 returned check fee.
We recognize that not all students will be able to enroll prior to June 1, 2012. Any student enrolling after that date, subject to classroom availability, will be able to pay using the one-time payment option or a modified plan based upon actual enrollment date. The CFCA Business Office will work with that family individually to set up their plan.
Tuition and other fees must be current at the end of each quarter. If they are not, report cards will not be issued. Transfer records or transcripts will not be provided by CFCA, unless all tuition accounts are current/paid up.
Withdrawal:
Central Fellowship Christian Academy plans, budgets, and contracts for services for the academic year in advance of student matriculation, therefore, the enrollment contract obligates families for the tuition and fees whether or not students are dimissed, withdraw or decide not to attend.
The following schedule determines the amount due upon withdrawl or dismissal: Once registered for the 2012-13 school year, all families are obligated for the full amount of the first semester's tuition should they withdrawal or be dismissed any time on or before October 1st. Any family who withdrawals or is dismissed after October 1st is obligated for any tuition still remaining for the entire 2012-13 school year. Families may be released from their obligation for family relocations greater than 60 miles or in the case of loss of the family's primary income or upon extenuating circumstances as determined by the CFCA Board of Directors.
Notice of Nondiscriminatory Policy As To Students:
Central Fellowship Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Central Fellowship Christian Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
